Questions about cost
- How do fees work?
- Providers set their own rates. You pay that rate plus a 5% booking fee, and the exact total is shown before you confirm. There are no subscriptions, contracts, or booking minimums.
- When am I charged?
- Your card is authorized when you request a booking and charged only once your provider accepts. If they decline or the request expires, the hold is released and you are not charged.
- Are there any other fees?
- No. The provider's rate and the 5% booking fee are the whole cost. Some providers offer optional add-ons — a bath, extra dogs — which are priced on their profile and shown as separate line items before you pay.
- What do providers pay?
- Providers pay a commission on what they earn, which covers payment processing, insurance verification, background checks, and the certification programme. It is deducted from their payout, never added to your total.
- Do I need a card to browse?
- No. Browsing providers, reading profiles, and RSVPing to free pack walks never require a card. You only enter payment details when you request a booking.
